By Richard Winger Lindsey Graham withdrew from the Republican presidential race on December 21. On the same day, he removed his name from the South Carolina Republican presidential primary ballot. But he did not act to remove his name from the primary ballots of any other states, and it is now impossible to do so in eleven states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
