By John Vibes Lambeth, UK – A massive Halloween rave called, “Scumoween: A Nightmare On Scum Street” drew thousands of people this weekend, but was unfortunately raided by riot police halfway through the evening. Prior to the event, the organizers were planning for a possible police interruption and made a statement asking those attending to not engage directly with police.
