By John Vibes Palm Beach, Florida – Dashcam footage recently surfaced from a 2013 arrest that shows police attacking a handcuffed man. For a moment, karma set in and one of the officers ended up accidentally spraying two of the other cops with pepper spray. According to the video, Shawn Hawkins was not provoking the officers in any physical way when the beating began.
According to police, Hawkins was pulled over for questioning over an alleged domestic dispute.
