Two years ago, we acted on behalf of Bernard von NotHaus. You can learn about his “counterfeiting” case here. There you will find a link to the letter Downsize DC President, Jim Babka, wrote to the judge in this case.

Regrettably, his request for a retrial was denied earlier this month. He now faces sentencing in December.

But we can protect others from future injustice by telling Congress to pass the Free Competition in Currency Act.

* Liberty Dollars were an ALTERNATIVE to government “money,” NOT a deceptive, counterfeit version.

* Unlike the federal State (http://bit.ly/1saWhKW), von NotHaus never used force or formed a monopoly.

The Federal Reserve IS a counterfeiter. It creates dollars out of thin air. That’s why they lose value, and I’M punished with high prices.

I do not consent to this crime!

You must instead pass HR 77, which will PROTECT me from inflation by…

* repealing the legal tender law and the Fed’s money monopoly

* allowing private creation of currency coins

* preventing taxes on precious metal coins and bullion

Stop jailing heroes like von NotHaus. Instead, pass HR 77 for the sake of freedom AND prosperity.
