Kansas City, MO — Peregrine Hoing is not your typical terrorist or threat to society for that matter, but according to the Department of Homeland Security, she was public enemy number one on Monday as they raided her Kansas City Shop.
Homeland security agents visited the intimate apparel and swimwear boutique this week because some hand drawn panties were set to be sold on Monday.
