I wrote a letter telling Congress to pass the Write the Laws Act. It’s a bill that would prohibit unelected bureaucrats from writing laws.
Please do the same. You may borrow from or copy this letter…
The TSA is imposing body scanners on airline passengers. Yet the TSA never followed the procedures of the Administrative Procedures Act.
In other words, they’re breaking the law!
So not only are body scanners…
* ineffective in stopping terrorism
* potentially dangerous to those who must walk through them
* they’re also ILLEGAL!
And the Courts have told the TSA to pull all the scanners, until they’ve completely followed the Administrative Procedures Act.
Nothing’s happened.
Frankly, it’s not surprising. Our so-called government is actually an anarchic institution. Give unelected bureaucrats a little power, and they’ll abuse it. Who watches these watchers?
What’s worse…
The Administrative Procedures Act is ITSELF unconstitutional!
The Constitution FORBIDS laws, regulations, and mandates (such as body scanners) from being imposed by unelected bureaucrats. Article I says that YOU, and ONLY YOU have the authority to legislate.
So I demand YOU restore the Constitution that you swore an oath to support. Pass the Write the Laws Act.
