Rhode Island Bill to Eliminate Straight Ticket Device Passes Committee

By Richard Winger On April 29, the Rhode Island House Judiciary Committee passed HB 8072. It eliminates the straight ticket device, starting in 2016. It is set for a vote in the House on May 1.
