The NSA uses our GPS, emails, passenger manifests, bank codes, Facebook profiles, unspecified tax data, and more. Since 2010, these tools have been used to build sophisticated graphs about my associations. No American, so surveilled, needs to be suspected of a single crime.
So tell me…
Is the NSA trying to find out who I had lunch with last week?
Is this “governing?”
Don’t these fishing expeditions waste time and resources, and make the nation LESS safe?
Also tell me…
Are they raiding my personal information?
Where’s your search warrant?
If you cannot produce the warrant, then you’re acting ILLEGALLY. And I DO NOT CONSENT to these ongoing 4th Amendment violations, being paid for with money taken from me, against my will.
That’s why you must support HR 2818. It repeals the Patriot Act, the FISA Amendments Act, and requires search warrants based on probable cause. This will rein in the NSA and end their privacy-shattering, intrusive, CRIMINAL tactics.
If you want to be an actual “government,” rather than a criminal gang violating the Constitution, support HR 2818 and REPEAL the Surveillance State!
