As a small publishing company, one of the hindrances to publishing is the need for International Standard Book Numbers (ISBN’s) and Free Patriot Press needs to purchase a new batch. In an effort to raise the funds required to make this purchase, FPP is selling ad space in future titles. At this point, it does not appear that FPP will make the primary goal of $1,000 (which would purchase 1000 ISBN’s); however there is still a chance that FPP can achieve the secondary goal of $600 and purchase 100 ISBN’s.
The fund drive, which began on August 30 and has raised $386, ends on December 28. Anyone wishing to donate or purchase advertising can do so at http://www.indiegogo.com/Free-Patriot-Press
All donors will be credited (on the tile page) as sponsoring a future title, to be published by FPP, and given the option to display an advertisement in the back of the title bearing the credit.
Large donors will be given first choice of titles to display advertising.
FPP has created 4 donor levels:
Copper level donors ($6) will receive a 1 ounce AOCS copper round and option to display a 1/4 page ad in future title(s) published by FPP.
Silver level donors ($18) will receive a 1 ounce AOCS copper round, option to display a 1/2 page ad in future title(s) published by FPP and 1 year subscription to the (monthly) Free Patriot Press Newsletter.
Gold level donors ($54) will receive a 1 ounce AOCS copper round and option to display a 1 page ad in future title(s) published by FPP and 1 year subscription to the (monthly) Free Patriot Press Newsletter.
Patriot level donors ($100) will receive 5 1 ounce AOCS copper rounds and option to display a a 1 page ad in future title(s) published by FPP, given the option of publishing a book with FPP and 5 year subscription to the (monthly) Free Patriot Press Newsletter.
Additionally, all donors will receive 1 free copy of the book displaying their credit.
