We Are Change San Antonio- While handing out FREE DVD documentary’s, which is protected by San Antonio City Code, Police attempt to categorize our non-commercial action into a “solicitation violation” which is meant for Retail Transactions.
These specific Policemen & woman however do not want to hear that, they are hell bent on writing us a citation and actually Physically Assault us.
