A Reminder for Congress: How a bill becomes law

If you grew up in the 1970’s or 1980’s you probably recall the “School House Rock” jingles that would come on during the Saturday morning cartoons. Before you knew it you were singing, “Conjunction junction, what’s your function?” or any other number of songs that actually made you learn something.

I recommend you and every member of Congress watch this video then answer one question, “Where does the Constitution allow Congress to deem a law passed without a vote?”
