A Maryland man was relieved to see the police pull up as they were in need of help, however the police did no helping, only assaulting.
Tunde Adeyale is filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the Mt. Rainier police department after he was assaulted and ticketed for getting his car stuck in the snow.
The incident happened during a terrible snowstorm on March 17, 2014, when Adeyale lost control of his car and slid off the road, getting the car stuck in a snow embankment.

Taking a Picture in a National Forest Could Get You a $1,000 Fine, Unless You Buy a $1,500 License

“It’s pretty clearly unconstitutional, they would have to show an important need to justify these limits, and they just can’t.”

The U.S. Forest Service has put forward a ridiculous new set of rules which includes a mandatory permit for taking pictures of federally owned park land for commercial or professional purposes. The permit would cost roughly $1,500 and photographers who are caught taking pictures without a permit will be fined up to $1,000.
Liz Close, a spokesperson for the Forest Service, says that the laws are intended to “preserve the untamed character of the country’s wilderness”, whatever that means. …read more

Body Cam: Police Handcuff 9 Year Old Special Needs Child at his Elementary School

Tecumseh, Oklahoma — Police claim that they needed to protect themselves, when they chose to handcuff and, according to the child’s father, use excessive force, on a nine year old elementary school student.
The boy’s father, Morgan King, arrived at the school to pick up his child just as the officer was carrying his handcuffed son inside to the school principal’s office.

The police allege the young boy was making threats against the school staff.

Family of Tommy McClain are speaking out against Eureka Police Department’s version of events which left McClain dead and his cousin tasered and hauled off to jail in California last Wednesday.

Nichole Mottern explained to the OutPost that McClain was living with her, her husband (who is McClain’s cousin) and the couple’s two children.
