“Which side are you on my friend? Which side are you on?”
In perhaps one of the most beautifully organized and powerful protests of recent memory, Ferguson activists organized a flashmob and went to St. Louis Symphony Orchestra Saturday evening to sing a Requiem for Michael Brown, the unarmed teenager murdered by Officer Darren Wilson.
Towards the end of the intermission, a protester stood up and began singing “Which Side are You on?”, a hauntingly perfect civil rights era song, adding “justice for Mike Brown is justice for us all.”
The protestors DID NOT interrupt any part of the symphony. The #RequiemforMikeBrown …read more

The “suspicious person” that caused the lock down was not actually an intruder, but was one of the school’s teachers, who had decided to celebrate “talk like a pirate day”, by dressing up for their students.
A school representative explained to local reporters that the district has a zero tolerance policy when it …read more

Cartersville, GA — Heroic Georgia police task force, in an effort to keep the citizens of Cartersville safe from a plant, descended onto the house of a man who’d dare grow vegetables in his own yard.

Video has recently surfaced showing Baltimore City Police Officer Gualberto Diaz breaking down the door of a Brighton Street apartment, just before he allegedly assaulted a number of the occupants inside, while pointing his gun and making death threats.

Diaz showed up to the Brighton Street Residence in his police car, and in full uniform, to confront his estranged wife and her new boyfriend on September 29 around 9:30 a.m. Diaz was reportedly …read more
