Big Bear, CA– Palmdale resident Candace Martin and her son Eric Funnell have agreed to a $200,000 settlement after police were caught on a scanner plotting to burn their cabin down. The lawsuit is to be paid by the tax payers of San Bernadino County.
The fire was set with the intent to kill Christopher Dorner, an alleged cop killer, who was hiding inside.

Broward County, FL — A former Florida police officer has admitted to forcing undocumented immigrants into having sex with him.
Jonathan Bleiweiss, 34, pleaded guilty to an array of charges last week, admitting to 14 counts of armed false imprisonment, 15 counts of battery and four counts of stalking. However, he avoided all of the charges with “sex” in them.

Washington DC – According to a recent report by the NRA’s Institute For Legislative Action, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Obama Administration are attempting to ban ammunition for AR-15s and other .223 caliber general purpose rifles.
