Senator Lindsey Graham wants to be President. But he should not even be allowed to remain a Senator! Why?

Ferguson, MO — Two police officers are in the hospital with serious injuries after being shot early Thursday morning during a protest outside of the Ferguson Police Department Headquarters.

Staten Island, NY– Taisha Allen, who also filmed the death of Eric Garner, is speaking out and saying that her involvement with the case has put a target on her back with the NYPD. She says that officers used excessive force when arresting her two weeks ago.

Los Angeles, CA — Following the shooting of a homeless man in LA’s Skid Row last week, controversy arose over why the three LAPD officers pulled their triggers.
Chief Charlie Beck said that the video showed ‘Africa,’ the man killed by police, reach for a rookie officers gun. The rookie, who was just short of completing his probationary period, can be heard yelling out, “He has my gun. He Has my gun.”

The Alabama Secretary of State recently revised his regulations for petitions for independent candidates and newly-qualifying parties in special elections. The new regulations say that the petitions need not list the date of the special election. This change makes it possible for these petitions to start to circulate as soon as the news gets out that a vacancy has been created. Edward Snowden showed us how the Patriot Act was used in ways Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, its sponsor, never intended.

Washington, D.C. – Last month the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) published a new framework, and regulation guide, for selecting which ammunition is “primarily intended for sporting purposes” and thus able to be exempted from the federal ban on armor-piercing ammunition.
The regulation guide, which lists currently exempted ammunition, had omitted the M855 cartridge, used in the AR-15 rifle drawing the ire of many gun enthusiasts.
