* rein in the dragnet collection of data by the NSA and other agencies…
* increase transparency, and…
* create an independent constitutional advocate to argue cases before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
The “leadership” of both parties hates this bill. But your oath is NOT to them, it’s to the Constitution.
