* Doesn’t perform any better that private screenersThe TSA is illegal, immoral, and unneeded…
It’s illegal because the Constitution enumerates no power for the Federal state to be in the airline safety business.
It’s immoral because it initiates force against the airlines and their customers to create an air safety monopoly.
It’s unneeded because airlines and airports want their customers to be safe! Let them compete. Don’t monopolize the “airline safety” business with tens of thousands of bureaucrats.
Obey the Constitution, and do what’s morally right.
