I attended Senator DeMint’s townhall meeting at Rioz Steakhouse August 19 in Myrtle Beach.
I also attended an August 20 lunch meeting of Conservative for Responsible Government – I am NOT a “conservative” – I attended to ask Rep. Henry Brown a few questions. I asked 2 questions on camera and another that is not filmed.
I said, “Thank you for co-sponsoring HR1207. What is your opinion of the “Read the Bills Act”?”
He responded, “There are some bills we don’t need to read, we already know how we’re going to vote.”
