Some Americans Pay No Federal Tax; No American Should! — 3 Comments

  1. Thanks for not echoing the usual envious stupidity that most media outlets spew. To have extortion victims spend so much time whining that someone else isn't getting robbed enough is embarrassing. Are Americans so easy to manipulate and exploit? The “government” is a giant, parasitic thief. When one victim of the theft whines that someone else isn't getting victimized enough, it's like the victim of a carjacking being mad, not at the carjacker, but at his neighbor who DIDN'T get his car stolen. How pathetic. Personally, I want everyone–from the billionaire to the minimum wage worker (and there shouldn't be a “minimum wage”)–to have 100% control of every speck of wealth that he acquires through voluntary means. Of course, wanting universal freedom makes one an “extremist,” here in the land of the envious, whiny, handout beggars.

  2. The Income Tax (subtitle A) has been imposed on 3 classes of persons: Foreign corporations earning US source income, nonresident aliens earning US source income, and certain US citizens living abroad and performing the functions of a public office. Also, a US Person known as a withholding agent has been made liable for the taxes imposed on the firt two. That's it! The average American citizen living and working within the 50 states of the union and earning his own income has never had the tax imposed on him. The Income tax is an excise tax (so says the Supreme Court) which is a tax upon the exercise of a privilege. It is NOT a privilege for a citizen to sell his/her labor to another or to otherwise earn a living. There are VERY FEW things a citizen can be engaged in that can be considered excise taxable (being involved in the manufacture/sale of cigarrettes or alcohol would be one). Learn the truth of the Income Tax by reading Dave Champion's book, Income Tax: Shattering the Myths. No other book explains so clearly upon whom the tax has been imposed, and also what to do about it.
