Dear Senator:We the undersigned civil society organizations, security experts, and academics write to urge opposition to the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 (CISA, S. 754)[1] when it comes to the Senate floor for a vote. CISA would seriously threaten privacy and civil liberties, and could undermine cybersecurity, rather than enhance it.
